1. Delivery Time and Guarantee

Your custom made suit will be ready in 10 - 15 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is shipped. This notice will give you an estimate of the number of days within which your order will arrive. In case your delivery is delayed beyond specified time you are advised to contact us by email.

You can contact us via email with all the details regarding the delivery that is taking longer than the shipping notice estimate, We will get back to you with the courier's tracking number for the shipment and the directions for using this number to learn the status of your shipment.

 

If the courier is unable to locate your shipment and give you an expected delivery date, the delivery guarantee James Bond Suits will take into effect.

 

2. How shipments are made

Express shipment DHL and FedEx are employed for shipping all orders directly from our stitching units. Express shipment means that the consignment is traceable and can be tracked. During this entire stretch, it is possible to track the package, with the courier tracking number provided by the express shipment company. The courier tracking number is provided by us, once your parcel is shipped. This facility helps you to keep a close-watch on the movement of your shipment, towards its final destination. The entire shipping process is traceable; hence the customers can get their parcels right at their doorstep as per their convenience and without any hassles.

In case it is not possible for you to sign and collect your shipment at the probable date of arrival of your shipment, you can certainly leave a note on the door directing delivery to a neighbor, who can sign for the package on your behalf.

If no one can sign for the delivery on your behalf, Express courier will leave a note with shipment number and a contact number so that you can call them and arrange for the delivery as per your convenience. It is to be noted that, we do not make delivery at Post office box (P.O. Box) addresses.

 

3. Notices You Will Receive

When you first place your order you will receive notice from us within 24 hours, acknowledging the receipt of your order thereby sending you a copy of your detailed invoice.

 

4. If the delivery is late?

If for any reason your order fails to arrive or it is unable to locate your shipment, the credit will be charged back to your credit card, equal to the amount of your purchase, or a replacement shipment will be sent to you.

If you intimate us by email about the delivery that is taking longer than the shipping notice estimate, we will get back to you with the courier's tracking number for the shipment and directions for using this number to learn the status of your shipment.

 

5. When to expect Delivery

We will send you an email as soon as the order is shipped and inform the tracking details. The information helps you to keep yourself updated with the latest progress of the shipment.

This notice tells you the date we shipped your order, and also expected delivery date within 4-5 working days. Delivery is almost always in less time than this.

1. It is very important that, you cross check your measurements carefully before placing an order. Custom size information is available with detailed steps for measuring your size on our website. If you have any question regarding size, feel free to email us.

 

2. Your suit doesn't fit just right? You want a different style? NO PROBLEM! Just return it to us (in new condition) within 07 days, and we will send you the replacement you wish. Both side shipping shall be paid by the buyer.

You must contact us for shipping instructions before exchanging any item.

 

3. All custom orders from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your suits / tuxedo is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

 

4. Before shipment of your product, our quality control department inspects the product on varied quality standards to ascertain that the product is exactly the same as ordered from our website. If the product is somehow damaged during the shipment, only then will we get you a replacement shipped with expedited shipping at our expense. If your product is damaged, please email us, specifying the extent of damage, within 24 hours of receiving the item.

 

5. Refunds will be carried out only in case the delivery exceeds 29 days for any product after the payment gateway confirmation and customer confirmation. Please note that this stipulated period of 29 days, start running from the time we receive final order confirmation from customer and payment getaway confirmation. Further, if the consignment does not arrive within 06 working days after shipping by express shipment, you may ask us for the order tracking code. If we cannot prove that the consignment was dispatched to the address that was given for the order, we will initiate a full refund including the shipment charges.
